We are developing a local humanist group in Portsmouth.

If that's something you might be interested in being part of, whether as an occasional attender or an avid committee member, you are warmly invited to an early-stage meeting in the function room of the Barley Mow pub in Southsea. The meeting will be a chance to meet other interested people, talk about what you might want from such a group and how we can take it forward from here.

Drinks at the bar, the first drink on the house courtesy of Humanists UK - who will also be there to provide a little input and answer questions - as will the (very new) existing committee members. 

Our first meeting in November was such a positive start, and we'd love to keep that momentum going.

Whether you’re new to humanism or already involved, your ideas and enthusiasm will make a real difference to the group. So with a warm welcome to all, let's build Portsmouth Humanists together.
