This August, we invite you to a simple get-together in Wollaton Park. This is an opportunity to join with the humanist community and engage in friendly conversations ranging from the simple to the sublime - it really is up to you!
We'll have a gazebo and a trestle table, along with some information about humanism that you're invited to take away with you. Not only that, but you're welcome to contribute some of your own food to the party!*
Even if you're not a humanist, all are welcome to this opportunity to come together, make connections, and build community.
We'll be situated near the parking area and the large playground, so any little ones would be very welcome, plus there's the snack shack nearby, with useful amenities. It might be worth bringing a blanket/fold-out chair to sit on, along with anything else you'd feel would make things more comfortable.
