To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Camp Quest movement, Camp Quest UK have teamed up with Haywards Heath Humanists to run an exciting family camp over the May bank holiday weekend. This is your chance to experience Camp Quest UK’s unique approach of mixing physical and traditional camp activities with sessions focused on developing critical thinking, personal, philosophical and scientific discovery.
The family camp will provide an exciting community experience for families thinking about how to raise ethical critical thinkers. Activities will include:
- Traditional camp cooking and games
- Educational walks and activities in nature
- Arts and crafts
- Adult campfire activities - sharing experiences and ideas for encouraging critically thinking kids.
- Kids campfire activities - using a Philosophy for Children (P4C) approach to explore big issues.
