Join us for an enlightening evening, exploring the role of secularism in fostering global peace and stability, with Andrew Copson, the Chief Executive of Humanists UK and President of Humanists International.

Andrew has worked for several civil and human rights organisations throughout his career, as executive committee member, director or trustee and has represented humanist organisations before the House of Commons, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe and the United Nations. As a prominent spokesperson for the humanist movement in the United Kingdom he is a frequent contributor to newspaper articles, news items, television and radio programmes and regularly speaks to humanist and other groups throughout Britain. Andrew has contributed to several books on secularism and humanism. 

This enlightening event will explore the critical role of secularism in fostering global peace and stability. Andrew will delve into how secular governance can help mitigate religious conflicts and promote cooperation among nations with diverse religious backgrounds.
