Post-election action night | Cardiff Humanists

The King’s Speech is set for 12 or 13 May, just days after the election and the perfect time to make sure newly elected representatives hear the humanist voice. Join us for an evening of inspiration, strategy, and action as we explore how to advocate for humanism in this critical window.
Special Guests:
- Donna Craine from Faith to Faithless will share the latest updates and discuss how Cardiff Humanists can support their vital work.
- Kathy Riddick, Wales Policy Lead for Humanists UK, will guide us on post-election advocacy, ensuring our newly elected reps understand the importance of humanism in their first 100 days in government.
What to expect:
- Insights on post-election opportunities for humanist advocacy
- Practical ways to engage with new representatives
- A chance to connect, discuss, and plan with fellow humanists
- Optional drinks afterwards.
Register now and feel free to invite friends who care about humanist and secular values, or might just want to find out more.
Contributions to room hire gratefully received.
Please ring door bell for ground floor meeting room (accessible, with ground floor toilet facilities) to be let in.
See you there!
