We plan to meet at the slipway to West Kirby beach at 11:00 (see map), aiming to start our walk by 11:15 to fit in with the tide times (this is rather important!). We’ll head via Little Eye and Little Hilbre Islands to Hilbre Island for a picnic lunch together (bring your own food!).

Once back in West Kirby, you can join us in a café or pub (we’ll discuss where during the walk) for some well-earned refreshment.

This walk is open to all – members, supporters, friends, newbies, family members, and dogs. You don’t even have to identify as humanist, although an inclusive attitude to humanity would be much appreciated. There is no charge for the event, but transport and food is down to you!
