Exeter Humanists join Plymouth Humanists for A Walk Through Time and Tranquillity: Totnes & Dartington
We are delighted to be joining Plymouth Humanists for their first walk of 2025. Please come along to enjoy the natural beauty of the river Dart, and the medieval history and independent spirit of Totnes.
We'll walk to Dartington and find a suitable spot for sustenance, likely a hostelry, and enjoy the company of our fellow humanists from Plymouth. We had a great time with them exploring Shaldon and the coastal path near there when we joined them on their last walk up this way.
They have promised us shorter and longer options for the walk, so hopefully it should be suitable for most abilities.
As always when walking in Devon come prepared with stout footwear, wet weather gear just in case, and a drink and snack.
We will meet at 11:00 at Totnes Railway Station (TQ9 5JR) (What3words ///marsh.mush.factor).
If travelling by train, you can catch either the 10:14 or 10:25 from Exeter St Davids. End time is estimated; we recommend getting an Off-Peak Day Return, there are ample trains to Exeter St Davids.
Please register so we can contact you by email if there are any late changes.
