Channel Islands Humanists brings together non-religious people across Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, and Sark to expand the availability of humanist ceremonies, education, and pastoral support, and to campaign for rational thinking and kindness in law and policy.

By bringing together non-religious people in these islands, we help them to develop their own views and an understanding of the universe and to further our work for a fair and equal society, including by campaigning for positive changes in the States of Guernsey, the States of Jersey, and in each of the smaller legislatures.

We’re led by a committee of members who bring together specialist subject knowledge about our charitable services and insight into policy and government in each of the Channel Islands. Their expertise and governance helps to ensure that Channel Islands Humanists continues as a growing movement at the forefront of social change, championing ideas for a better society.

For regular updates about our work for a fair and equal society for everyone, make sure you get our weekly newsletter by registering for our online bulletin (make sure to include your Channel Islands postcode).
