Exeter Humanists: Community planning meeting
Come along for coffee, cake, and a chat with the Exeter Humanists community.
As we head towards the relaunch of Exeter Humanists, as a branch of Humanists UK, we will be holding a second community meeting. This will be a chance to meet our first volunteers, and find out about how you can get involved. We'll be discussing what the branch should focus on and what it could achieve.
While we have important things to discuss about the future of Exeter Humanists, this will be first and foremost a chance to meet and socialise with your local humanist community.
We’ll provide tea and coffee, please feel very free to bring along, cakes, sandwiches or other snacks. If you’re planning on sharing, please try to label the food including any allergens.
The event will be pretty informal, but you can expect
-
(10.30) Welcome: Introduction from the branch project manager and other volunteers.
-
(10.40) Social time: Get that all important cake
-
(11.10) Community planning: Find out about volunteering opportunities with Exeter Humanists, and other positive ways to get involved with humanism, discuss what activities and events you’d like to see.
-
(12.30) Close: The community meeting will close while we clear up
