Come along to share some food and good conversation, and discuss ideas for the future of our humanist community.

Our second community meeting will be an opportunity to meet with like-minded humanists, and hear how they are putting their humanism into action. We'll be joined by Wayne Mills from Humanists UK who will discuss the impact of humanist groups accross the country. Our Coordinator - Alastair Lichten - will lead a workshop and us on progress establishing a the new group based in Haywards Heath.

Whether you're a humanist, humanist-friendly, or just humanist-curious, you're very welcome to join in, and find out more. You’ll be able to meet other like-minded humanists and potential volunteers to discuss ideas and how you can get involved.

Food and refreshments

We’ll provide tea and coffee, and hope there will be cakes, sandwiches or other snacks to share. Please feel free to bring something along. We'd appreciate it if anything you bring for sharing is labelled, including any allergens.

The Redwood Centre is the Scout’s district headquarters, it is right next to Clair Hall and only a few minutes walk from the station. The venue is accessible and family friendly. We'll set up a children’s table and will have a few arts and crafts materials available.
