“Moving Stories”, Oxford, 2nd April, 7.30pm
The UK Climate Change and Migration Coalition (www.climatemigration.org.uk) of the Climate Outreach and Information Network (COIN) is running an event on migration, displacement and climate change in Oxford on the 2nd of April. The event is based on the Moving Stories project – testimonies collected and presented as a way of catalysing action on the rights of people who move in the context of environmental change. UKCCMC exists to challenge the lack of long-term strategies to support and protect people at risk of displacement linked to environmental change.
