Hi, I'm Julia!!

I am a humanist wedding and naming celebrant based in the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire and the South West, although I'm happy to travel almost anywhere in the world to conduct a ceremony!

I absolutely love weddings, and I am lucky enough to spend my time helping wonderful couples create joyful wedding ceremonies which tell their love stories and reflect their values and what is important to them.

Every wedding is as unique as the couple who is getting married and is individually hand-crafted to celebrate their happiness and love for one another.

I am a totally inclusive celebrant and I am delighted to write and conduct wedding ceremonies for everyone because, as far as I'm concerned, love is love!

With a humanist ceremony you can write your own wedding vows and you can include readings, poems, music, and any rituals you choose, such as handfasting, sand-blending, lighting a unity candle or anything else you can think of!

Drop me a line, or give me a call, I am happy for you to contact me any time. We can have a chat and, if I am available on your date, we can arrange to meet up in person, or online, so that I can hear all bout what you have in mind for your wedding and answer any questions which you may have.

"The best ceremony I've ever been to... you need to give me her details in case we ever get married!"

That was what I heard time after time as I went round my guests after our wedding ceremony. Julia was the standout hit of the entire thing, turning everyone's expectations of wedding ceremonies (stuffy, formal, long) on their head.

Her "love story" section in particular had people laughing and crying in equal measure.

And that's just the day itself. In the run up every call we had with Julia was helpful, supportive, kind. She guided us to a ceremony that would work for us without ever imposing her own preferences.

I honestly can't recommend her highly enough - an absolute star and we were so lucky to have found her. Thank you!

Wow!

I will never be able to thank you enough Julia for creating the best ceremony ever! The ceremony was filled with love and humour and really reflected myself and Matt.

From the early meetings to the big day you were nothing but amazing.

Our ceremony was so personal and I absolutely loved the audience participation particularly having our friends and family be part of the handfasting ceremony. So many of our friends and family commented on how special and unique the whole wedding was and that was hugely down to you!

Thank you Thank you Thank you!

Julia was our celebrant for our wedding in August and she made it the most special event. The love story she told during the ceremony was so personal, it had everyone giggling and was so full of love.

I can't recommend Julia enough, as she made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

I can't express how many people said to us - that was the most beautiful service ever. Julia created the perfect atmosphere for us, went with all the chaos (we had 8 toddlers and a dog present as well as multiple babies) and just made the whole ceremony the most special, personal celebration we could have hoped for. She has been so kind and supportive throughout the whole planning journey, and we cannot recommend her more highly. We were so lucky to have her involved in our day.
