Hello! I'm Terri, I create and conduct personalised legal non-religious weddings and vow renewal ceremonies that truly reflect the unique love story of each couple.
A bit about me
I'm at the empty nest stage of life - my son & daughter are both grown and flown. I still have my hubby and my cat! I spent a number of years living in Australia and also worked in Malta and the Netherlands for a while. I love to travel and am happy to conduct weddings away from home as its a good excuse for me to tie in another holiday!
What I offer
I have a background as a health professional, university lecturer, and researcher but now use my skills to help couples in love celebrate their commitment to each other. At the heart of my philosophy is a belief in the power of love and commitment, and I have a passion for creating ceremonies that celebrate these values.
With a focus on personalisation and attention to detail, I work with each couple to craft a ceremony that reflects their personal story.
Because every couple is unique, every ceremony that I create is also unique - so even if you have previously been to a wedding where I have been the celebrant, the next one will look and feel completely different since it will focus on that specific couple's story. Ceremonies might include songs, readings, personal vows and symbolic acts such as handfasting, unity candle, sand blending, oathing stone, but again it might not include any of those things – ceremonies can be as elaborate or as simple as the couple desire. The ceremony can include children, family, friends or even your fur babies - It can be as formal or relaxed as you want. My job is to give you your day, your way!!
