Hello, I’m Terri — The Ceremony Celebrant. Think of me as your friendly neighbourhood storyteller with a microphone: part public‑speaker, part hopeless romantic, and fully committed to celebrating your love in a way that feels unmistakably “you.”

Based here in Northern Ireland, I create and conduct legal weddings and beautifully personalised ceremonies for couples of every style. Planning a tiny-but-mighty micro wedding? Jetting off for an elopement? Throwing a big bash with every cousin you’ve ever met? Renewing your vows because you’ve decided you quite like each other after all? I’m here for all of it.

Beyond weddings, I also craft heartfelt naming ceremonies and meaningful memorials — the moments that deserve to be honoured with warmth, authenticity, and just the right touch of magic.

A bit about me

I'm at the empty nest stage of life - my son & daughter are both grown and flown. I still have my hubby and my cat! I spent a number of years living in Australia and also worked in Malta and the Netherlands for a while. I love to travel and am happy to conduct weddings away from home - its a good excuse for me to tie in another holiday!

I started my career as a health professional, university lecturer, and researcher — but these days I put all those communication and storytelling skills to much better use: helping couples in love celebrate their commitment in a way that feels true to them.

At the heart of what I do is a simple belief: love and commitment deserve to be celebrated properly. I’m passionate about creating ceremonies that honour those values with warmth, personality, and a sense of occasion.

I work closely with every couple to shape a ceremony that reflects your story — not a template, not a copy‑and‑paste script, but something that genuinely feels like “us.” Because every couple is unique, every ceremony I create is unique too. Even if you’ve seen me officiate before, your ceremony will look and feel completely different, because it will be built entirely around your relationship, your journey, and your style.

Terri was the most amazing celebrant , she made the whole process of making a personal ceremony so easy, she has a lovely way about her that everyone was instantly comfortable in her presence. She made us laugh and cry. I can’t recommend her enough , the amount of guests who have come to me to say it was the most beautiful ceremony they have been too. Can’t thank you enough Terri x
