Hello, I'm Naomh Galloway - a funeral and wedding celebrant based in Moira. Where I live with my husband Matthew, our two small girls, and our excitable dog.
And I'm sorry you are here.
I truly believe that every life, regardless of its duration, deserves to be celebrated and remembered.
And I know all too well how tricky things can feel once a loved one is gone, and how overwhelming planning a ceremony can seem.
I work with you to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible.
So you can focus on what's important.
As a celebrant, I take time to get to know about the life your loved one lived, what was special about them, and what mattered to them.
I listen to your personal memories to create unique ceremonies that resonate with all who attend the funeral.
I believe that a funeral is not just a time for mourning but also an opportunity to remember the good times and impact that the person had on their family, friends, and community. It's important to tell their story. And whilst, of course, grief is natural, I also find that moments of warmth and (sometimes) humour, where appropriate, can help bring comfort.

When working together, I ensure that lines of communication are open at all times; I regularly check in with you to ensure you know how things are going, and I endeavour to provide you with a draft of the ceremony for approval where time allows.
I am also happy to work with you to recommend music, poems, and readings that might feel fitting.
I can even recommend elements to include within the ceremony to make it even more special and meaningful.
I also advocate for pre-arranged funerals; I believe that supporting people to articulate their final wishes clearly and precisely can offer peace of mind for both you and your family, knowing that your choices will be honoured and your loved ones will be supported during a difficult time.
I’m happy to have an initial conversation to better explain what I do and how I work, so please do not hesitate to get in touch.
