I’m so pleased you’ve found your way to my Namings page. Welcome.
‘Friends and family talk constantly about the 3 special naming days Hannah led for us - full of laughter, fun, joyful tears and serious commitments to support our children through life. Many, now considering similar, thank us for the inspiration.’ Victoria
I’ve been lucky enough to work with many different families since 2010, but they've all wanted a celebration that's the best it can be, full of joy, resonance and authenticity. They've also been excited about everything my unique approach offers them: a really precious opportunity to take stock of their journey together so far.
‘We knew straightaway you were just the person we were looking for: passionate, interesting and patient. Our naming was everything and more that we hoped it would be - fun, personal and all about Billy and welcoming him to the world.’ Ellie + Tim
Fitting around family life, I'd guide you through a flexible 3 phase process that's rewarding and fun. By writing with your answers to questions you've had time and space to think about, my scripts are particularly characterful, insightful and detailed and I include other original touches too e.g. contacting guide-parents so their promises remain a surprise on the day.
‘Thought-provoking questions from Hannah enabled her to write the most incredibly personalised naming ceremony: Martha’s traits, our hopes, how she'd changed us... The guide-parent promises, all individual, meant a lot to us. We would love to do it all again!’ Tammy
Whatever naming, adoption or family celebration would fit yours to a T, I’d love to create it with you. There’s a perception sometimes that namings are somehow lesser compared to other ceremonies. That’s never been my view. As my testimonials prove, the right naming ceremony can be wholly cherished by its family. It’s a privilege to be a part of that.
‘Emilia’s naming was absolutely perfect (Carla perfect!) The ceremony was beautiful, surpassing our expectations. The words you wrote and said really did matter – it’s a day we’ll never forget. We really can’t express how grateful we are to you.' Carla
