Dot’s 5 steps to your perfect wedding ceremony
1. Meet and Greet 📆
We have an initial chat to see if I am available and a good fit for you.
2. Book and Paperwork📑
We get the paperwork underway. From our initial chat I will be able to send you some ideas and materials to mull over for ceremony content consideration.
3. Plot and Plan 🧭
We meet- in person or virtually to map out how you want your ceremony to go. I may have sent you a questionnaire too to gather ideas and details.
4. Cover 🏖️
We check I have everything needed to be able to meet your brief. Then I draft and craft the ceremony script. I send it to you - and with your feedback we hone it to be just right.
5. Final Checks✅
Choreography, stage instructions, rehearsal, check of props and materials

THE BIG DAY 🎉🎊🍾
On the day - I will be onsite 60-90 mins in advance to do final run throughs, align with venue, music, photographers, dog handlers, AV equipment, glasses of water, tissues….

TA DA - all the planning comes together for the ceremony you planned, hoped and dreamed of is very much the present- and a gift. In delivering a wedding ceremony I focus on communicating and engaging both you and your guests. My aim is that everyone in the room feels the ceremony is utterly you- and they feel that wonderful connection with you, your story, your celebration- at the level you have chosen.❣️
