I love a good wedding so being a humanist wedding celebrant is my perfect occupation.
Right, you’ve done the hard part. Now, let’s celebrate. The most important thing in any wedding should be celebrating the commitment that you are making to each other. Together, we’ll plan a ceremony that does just that in a way that best reflects and suits you.
How exciting to be planning your wedding. I would love to be the celebrant on your special day. If you want your day to be personal you have most definitely come to the right place. The thing I love most about being a Humanist celebrant is the variety. Every couple brings the opportunity to do something different. Everything and anything is possible (within reason!). By that we mean that if it makes you happy and doesn’t hurt anyone else then let’s go.
In the last 5 years I’ve helped both my sons celebrate their marriages and I’ve learned so much about creating a day that is just right for you. Celebrating the marriages of my two sons and experiencing a wide range of humanist weddings has inspired me to be as creative as you want me to be. Or not!
I have studied to be accredited by humanist UK and as a result I am professional and organised. The people I have worked with describe me as being warm yet in control. I literally start with a blank canvas and together we add as much or as little colour as you like. The celebration is written specifically for you and involves you at every stage. Your life together so far is a special story already and the next chapter starts on your wedding day. You might have been thinking about planning your wedding for months or even years or this might be the beginning of your plans. Whatever the case we can make your hopes and dreams about your special day happen.
