Whether you are having a big wedding, perhaps in a hotel or barn, or a more intimate ceremony at home or on the beach, I would love to assist you with your very special day. I will spend time getting to know you, what is important to you as a couple and how you want your wedding day to be.
You might want a sweet and moving ceremony or a day filled with raucous laughter. You might want to say vows, exchange rings or other tokens of your love or perhaps include a hand fasting. You might want readings or a time to acknowledge those who can't be with you. You might want to include a 4 legged friend - dogs are very welcome and can make great ring bearers. It will be your wedding and just how you want it. Every ceremony is unique and individual and written for and with you.
After we have planned the ceremony I will write a draft and share it with you, then any adjustments can be made, so that it is perfect. I will be there to lead the ceremony, to hold everything together and to help you have a fabulous and memorable day.
A bit about me - I live in Portslade, Brighton, with my husband, our teenage son, 2 cute cats and a soppy old tyme bulldog. I love animals and nature and I’ve been a vegetarian for over 40 years. I was a Social Worker for many years before becoming a celebrant and have always worked with people. I'm told I'm a good listener.
