I love a good wedding.
Not just the big moments, although they're wonderful too. I love the stories behind them: the chance meetings, the adventures, the family legends, the friends who were there from the beginning, and all the little moments that somehow led two people to say, “Yes, this is my person.”
That's what drew me to becoming a humanist celebrant.
As a Welshman with Italian heritage and a Polish husband, I've seen first-hand how love brings together different cultures, traditions, families and ways of seeing the world. My own life has taught me that there is no single way to celebrate a relationship. What matters is creating something that feels authentic, meaningful and true to who you are.
Growing up, I was surrounded by people who loved to tell stories, laugh loudly and make everyone feel welcome. There was always warmth, humour and a strong sense that people mattered. When my husband and I got married, I discovered just how important it is for a ceremony to feel personal. Not like a script you've been handed, but something that genuinely reflects your relationship, values and journey together.
I create warm, inclusive, non-religious wedding and vow renewal ceremonies for couples of all backgrounds, beliefs, identities and family structures. I love getting to know what makes your relationship tick and bringing your story to life in a way that feels natural, relaxed and unmistakably you.
Every couple is different, and every wedding has its own vibe. Some are elegant and romantic, some are relaxed and playful, and others are full-on joyful celebrations. Whether you're planning a wedding in Greater London, elsewhere in the UK or abroad, I'll help create a ceremony that feels right for you and the people you love.
For me, the best ceremonies feel less like a performance and more like a conversation, filled with warmth, laughter, happy tears and genuine connection.
I'm also delighted to help include beloved family pets. If your dog wants to deliver the rings, your cat plans to make a guest appearance, or another cherished companion is part of your story, I'm all for it.
Life's best moments happen when people feel connected, welcomed and able to be themselves. If I can help create a ceremony that brings people together, celebrates your love and leaves everyone smiling long after the biodegradable confetti has settled, then I've done my job well.
I'd love to hear your story. If you'd like to share it, Let's talk!
