I believe that today is a gift that we must unwrap as if it is the only one we get because it cannot be taken for granted. I also believe that it is important to cherish and celebrate each other while we can, and I relish translating people’s feelings, dreams, and visions into words and actions, through custom-made celebrations.

For twenty years I worked as a primary teacher, a teacher trainer and a coach, and it was an honour to do such meaningful work. I have always empathised strongly with people, and I love helping others find and develop their strengths. I am truly multi-passionate and fascinated about learning, so I do a little bit of everything. I adore swimming in the sea, organising the unofficial Park Run in Lisbon, and hosting the podcast Anxiety My Friend – Ansiedade Minha Amiga.
