I’m Rachel - a humanist wedding celebrant, romance enthusiast, and modern marriage maker!

It’s fair to say I LOVE love - in every form - the quiet love, the BIG love, the fierce love, the unapologetic love, the brave love, the steady love, the wild love, the electrifying butterflies-in-your-tummy kinda love.

My mission? Making your ceremony personal, meaningful and unforgettable - all while spreading joy and keeping the energy high! No rulebooks, no set scripts, together we will craft a celebration that ensures you say ‘I DO’ in a way that feels like you. Whether you dream of a romantic, intimate affair or you want something a little more unique, I welcome it all!

I would describe my ceremony style as warm, modern and joyful! I understand that your ceremony is SO important - it sets the tone for the rest of your day. It's not just 'the bit before your party'. It's THE moment, THE vibe, THE heartbeat of your day. Your ceremony is a celebration of your love, a chance to tell your story in a way that feels authentic, electric, intentional and unmistakably unique!

All love is welcome here; every couple and guest is met with warmth, kindness and respect. I will work closely with you during the process to uncover the good stuff - the spark, the chaos, the loyalty, the laughter and the reasons you choose each other EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. I'll then turn this into a bespoke ceremony script that will make your ceremony vision come to life and leave you laughing, crying and unable to wipe the smile of your gorgeous faces!

On the day? I've got you! I'll be there every step of the way to ensure you feel safe, comfortable and confident. I will be your biggest cheerleader throughout!

I am based in County Down, right on the Ards Peninsula. However I'm very happy to travel anywhere across Northern Ireland for love!

They are always inclusive and welcoming, regardless of the beliefs of those attending.

You can trust Humanist Ceremonies celebrants: We are DBS-checked, fully insured, and regularly peer reviewed for quality assurance. We are committed to a code of conduct, and have a transparent and robust complaints process in the rare case of a problem. We all pay a monthly fee to Humanists UK to further support the work of the charity, and are part of a regional network for like-minded celebrants for support and learning.
