“Lisa, We both wanted to say a massive thank you for everything you have done for us. Arranging a Celebration of Life Service for our son is the hardest thing we have ever had to do. You have walked us through it, step by step, helping us through the whole process. You spent the time to find out exactly what we wanted and to get to know us and more importantly our son. Nothing was too much for us to ask, even when you had to wait for tributes that arrived the day before. 

This meant that every part of the service was perfect for him and exactly what we wanted. Throughout the service, you took great care of us. From the hug when we arrived up to the hug when you left. You went above and beyond by wearing a Green Day T-shirt – that was just the perfect touch.

We can never thank you enough for giving him the send-off he deserved. Everyone has commented how perfect the service was for him and how lovely you were.
