I'm a big believer in choice and want to help you to have the day that is exactly right for you. I'm a wedding celebrant accredited by Humanists UK and create, design and deliver bespoke wedding ceremonies that reflect the two of you.

I create ceremonies that are relaxed, fun and sentimental and aim to capture not only the big milestones of your story but also celebrate the little everyday moments that make the two of you, you. Within your ceremony you get choice around each and every moment, you can keep the traditions that you like, throw out the ones that don't resonate with you or even create brand new ones of your own. That said, I won't just abandon you without any support, I'm here to help guide you where you need it and as I get to know you I love to offer in creative ideas to make sure your ceremony feels unique to you! I also blummin' love a wedding, so more than happy to help talk through any other elements of your day too!

We'll meet as many times as we need to throughout the process, often in a lovely local cafe, bar or your even your living room (video calls, of course, absolutely fine too!), stay in close contact via email/whatsapp in the lead up and on the day you'll be safe in the knowledge that I am all yours. I'll only ever do one ceremony in a day, I'll arrive in plenty of time to help get things set up, hand you a glass of water before you knew you were thirsty and to check-in with anyone who might be involved in the ceremony. You'll get the biggest double hug and the warmest congratulations when everything is finished and then I'll leave you to the rest of your day to continue celebrating with your favourite people.

In September 2019 we chose Linda to be our celebrant for our wedding. We were interested in a humanist ceremony because neither of us is religious, but we wanted something more personal and meaningful than the wording of a civil registration. We also love the outdoors and met running, so we were ideally wanting to get married outdoors (weather permitting!) and we wanted to have a sand blending service.

Linda was warm, organised and engaging throughout our entire wedding planning process. She was really flexible as to meeting up to discuss the ceremony and prompt at giving us a draft script. Linda worked closely with us to refine the script so that it was just right for us and showed us a really personlised approach.

The day before the wedding, Linda made herself available to do a walk through of all the details of the service and was great at putting us both at ease as the wedding nerves started to kick in.

On the day of our wedding we were blessed with some of the best late summer sunshine Yorkshire has to offer and we had an amazing ceremony in the warm sunshine. Everything went perfectly to plan and our guests afterwards complimented us on how much they enjoyed the original, relaxed and personal ceremony.

We couldn't be happier with how everything went and I can't recommend Linda highly enough as a celebrant for your wedding who listens and responds to exactly how you want your special day to proceed. She also followed up with a lovely gift with the printed script as a lovely memento of our day.

It is hard to put into words how fantastic Linda is. We knew we wanted a humanist wedding but struggled at first to find a celebrant who made us both feel completely at ease, but the moment Linda showed up on camera over our initial meeting we knew she was the person to do our wedding.

Not only is she incredibly empathetic but she has a cracking sense of humour, and the ability to be a comforting and supportive presence through what can be a stressful time.

On the day she was an brilliant presenter and leader, she even made the venue staff tear up a little!
