Hi, I'm Kim
Congratulations you have decided to get married!
You may already know what your ceremony to look and feel like, or you may have no idea at all - don't worry, I can give you the benefit of my experience as a Celebrant to help and guide you along the way. You may want particular music played, there may be readings or poems that you want to include, and have people in mind to be involved. You may want to exchange rings (this doesn’t have to be done at the Register Office), and include other gestures or actions like hand fasting or lighting candles. You can decide how much, or little, you want to say yourselves.
My fee will include as much contact by phone, email, skype etc as is needed, the planning meeting, the rehearsal at the venue, the creation of the script and delivery of the ceremony on the wedding day. It also includes a presentation copy of the script for you. If the venue is a long way from my base, I may need to add in travel expenses, but this this will be discussed and agreed with you prior to any booking being taken. Just give me a call or email me and we can have a chat and take it from there.

HUMANIST CEREMONIES™ is the network of more than 550 celebrants, trained by national charity Humanists UK to a gold standard to provide memorable and meaningful humanist ceremonies to non-religious people. Operating throughout England, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, we deliver authentic, tailor-made and heartfelt ceremonies for life’s key moments. They are always inclusive and welcoming, regardless of the beliefs of those attending.
You can trust Humanist Ceremonies celebrants: We are DBS-checked, fully insured, and regularly peer reviewed for quality assurance. We are committed to a code of conduct, and have a transparent and robust complaints process in the rare case of a problem. We all pay a monthly fee to Humanists UK to further support the work of the charity, and are part of a regional network for like-minded celebrants for support and learning.
