I'm Kat. Creative. Calming. Curious.

I am based in Cheshire and I write and deliver unique and personal celebratory ceremonies that match your personality and lifestyle. We start with a blank page and design it from scratch, it's all about you. Anywhere, anytime. I see a Weddings as a place to celebrate life and love, and that can be done anyway you want. Pick and choose exactly what you want to be a part of that celebration.

First, book in a free meeting. An informal chat to hear your stories and explain my process before you book.

Next, once a booking is confirmed. We start designing your ceremony together. Your ceremony will be crafted around you. The style, language and content will reflect your relationship and your personalities. We'll consider music, readings, symbolic actions and how to tell your story.

My Husband and I are so grateful to Kathryn for creating such a personal heart felt and fun Ceremony for our Wedding. Our guests all commented on how perfect it was for us as a couple and I fully believe that was through Kathryn's hard work and dedication to get to know us and our relationship. Kathryn took time to understand what we wanted (even when we weren't sure ourselves) and used this to create a truly unique ceremony. Her delivery on the day was flawless. Kat is a superb celebrant! She brings warmth, humour and empathy to her ceremonies. She recently officiated at my friend’s wedding and I could tell that she had deeply personalised the ceremony. She encapsulated my friends life and love together so well. Kat is so calm too and held the space for us all brilliantly. She has performance skills too so her delivery was well paced, well executed, we could hear her perfectly well (and it was outdoors too!), and she made sure she gave eye contact with all the guests. We all pay a monthly fee to Humanists UK to further support the work of the charity, and are part of a regional network for like-minded celebrants for support and learning.
