Quality Assurance
We strive always to give clients of our ceremonies a high level of service. In the rare cases where the service by one of our celebrants falls below expectations, it’s important that we know, so that we can rectify it or make sure that it does not happen again. The Humanist Ceremonies complaints policy and process aims to ensure a speedy resolution to the complaint. This complaints leaflet outlines the process.
We welcome feedback from clients about the ceremonies they have had. 97% of feedback we receive rates our celebrants as 5/5 or ‘excellent’.
All celebrants in the Humanist Ceremonies network are members of Humanists UK, and support the aims of the organisation with a monthly accreditation fee.
