LGBT Humanists joins Oxford Pride

Registration is closed for this event
June 3rd, 2023 11:15   --   14:00

Pride parades are one of the most important events in our annual calendar. They give us a unique opportunity to promote humanism to thousands of people in the LGBT community. They allow us to network and develop relationships with organisations that share similar goals. And they allow us to celebrate the contribution that humanists have made throughout history to LGBT rights, freedom of expression, and towards building a fairer, more rational society.

If you’re around on Saturday 3 June, and you’d like to join us at Oxford Pride, please register your attendance in marching with LGBT Humanists today.

We will meet in Radcliffe Square, OX1 3BG, at 11:15 for a prompt departure at noon, for an hour's parade through the city to the Castle Quarter. We will be wearing LGBT Humanists branded t-shirts and holding banners and placards to promote humanism and our LGBT campaigns.
