The differences between a cult and religion have changed throughout history making it difficult to identify what separates these groups. In this event, our speakers will define their own understanding of what religions and cults mean to them, and we'll hear of how they tackled the immense physical and emotional shift of leaving to living a purposeful life free of the mental constraints that religions and cults often impose on their followers.
We'll be asking our speakers to share their own professional and lived experiences of religions and cults, and listening.
